I am seriously impressed with Mr. Jason Trout and his Team. He sold my condo after just three months on the market. This may not seem like a big deal but the sell had some challenges: my unit was the most upgraded in the neighborhood and therefore the highest priced, the neighborhood is a working class area where largely first time home buyers are attracted, and the association had some challenges.
